Sometimes we may have the vision, but we need external validation to begin the process. In a perfect world, this would not be an issue, but this world isn't perfect and that was not my experience in this case. I believe that God gives us gifts, talents and abilities that others may not see or approve of, but it's awesome when they do. However, the flip side of that is that you may have to keep your vision to yourself and be great in silence as to not invite negativity into your space.
I started YearofYushima.net after I wrote my book, Picking Up the Pieces to 100 Broken Promises. A friend of mine asked if there was a way that she could share more about my book, and Year of Yushima LLC was born. There are so many inspirational stories that it was natural to put some of them in the form of clothing in order to inspire and empower more than my core audience. My pieces are created to empower you and everyone around you.
