“Every generation has been gifted with leaders whose voices hold the capacity to transform culture.
Nestled in perhaps one of the most controversial generations of our time, is the unique sound of a woman with a plan to simply help others become the best version of themselves.
Tonya Williams is committed to leadership. Having a heart for the enrichment and the development of people, Tonya has proven through a myriad of vocations that she is qualified for both a time and a generation such as this.
Completing a certification in Pastoral Leadership from one of the largest congregational seminary schools in the southeast, Church Of The Highlands, Tonya is qualified to bridge culture with her faith; making a way for all to find God in a more relatable fashion.
Her fierce commitment to this mandate, gave her the will to accommodate her formal Christian belief with practical achievements that would encompass her foundation of faith, with everyday life.
Tonya was taught and then certified as a life coach by world renowned motivational speaker, Tony Gaskins.
Bringing the skill of leadership and personability to the forefront, she founded the mentorship program, G. R. A. C. E. (Girls Rising Above Challenging Experiences) Here, Tonya helps young women to apply biblical principles and practical life methods to achieve personal greatness.
She teaches young women to never limit themselves and to remember that they can enjoy their faith without the pressures of having to be perfect in order to be used by a loving God.
The success from the labor of love Tonya invested through her mentorship program, made her a flourishing personality throughout her local community.
Tonya’s platform continued to grow cross-culturally, and she was received with joy to speak at many conferences and local women’s empowerment events.
Her “down-to earth-nature” and stylish demeanor favored her a member of the Alpha Theta Omega Christian Sorority, by which she is a proud leader in all capacities.
It had become clear to the southeast region that Tonya Williams was a national voice.
Backing that belief, she became the lively podcast host of: “Fierce, Favored & Spiritually Grounded”, an out-of-the-box ministry where people talk about everyday life situations that the church refuses to.
She uses this podcast to educate listeners of the importance of applying biblical principle to everyday life. She has one goal in mind; to change the stereotype the Christians can’t have fun, dress well, and enjoy living.
She is the author of “The Best Version of Me” where she shares her life experiences that she hopes will help them to see themselves as God does. She’s applied biblical tips and principles to help navigate through some difficult challenges that once held her in bondage.
Whether it is inspiring the world to embrace their faith in a relatable nature or coaching women to be their best selves, Alabama native Tonya Williams is poised to transform culture.”
Her voice offers the kind of solace that pulls people into a deeper reality of both God and life. When she is not touching lives in her local community or reaching the world through her global podcast, Tonya Williams is a wife and a mother to a beautiful family, by which she lives out one of her greatest mottos: “Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.”
